You'll find a fridge and freezer, a microwave with grill function, and a modern induction cooktop, along with all essential cookware, dishes, bowls, plates, cutlery, serving utensils, and a water jug.

There’s a Nespresso machine with coffee pods, as well as a filter coffee maker with ground coffee. We’ve also included a traditional briki (Greek coffee pot) so you can try making Greek-style coffee. For tea lovers, a kettle, tea selection, and sugar are provided, along with basic cooking essentials like olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

A toaster and egg cooker (designed to boil, poach, or steam eggs without using a pan or stovetop) make breakfast easy and quick. You’ll also find containers for food storage, a orange juicer for fresh juice, a drink mixer for frappé or cocktails, and a blender mixer for smoothies, baking, or any kitchen creation you have in mind.

For entertainment, you can relax with a 55” Smart TV featuring streaming services, or enjoy fast Wi-Fi (100 Mbps) for those who need to work or stay connected. For a bit of fun indoors, we also provide a selection of board games to keep younger guests (and grown-ups) entertained.

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities, which is why the apartment is equipped with a key lockbox for flexible check-ins. We have security cameras focused only on the back door and yard to ensure your safety, without compromising privacy. The space is also equipped with smoke detectors, a CO detector, a fire extinguisher, and an easily accessible first aid kit. In case of power outages, emergency lighting is installed to guide you to both exits.

When it comes to parking and accessibility, you’ll find free street parking right outside the apartment, along with paid parking options nearby. The building has elevator access, and the apartment is on a single level, making it easily accessible for all guests.
